Two years ago, with next-to-no boating knowledge, landlubbers Brynn and Jade bought Talisman, a Salterns Stag 28 and set about making her ready for sailing the world. Last summer they sailed across the Bay of Biscay for Spain, but it wasn't all plain sailing. Force 4 Expert James Tudor-Williams finds out what they learned about sailing and boat life on the way.
