Standard Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your goods in full, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.*
Please check the condition of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.
Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition i.e. shoe boxes must be in the same condition as when received.
Goods must be unused and security seals intact.*
If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
Please be aware that some navigational and safety products may be dated, and as such a full refund may in some cases not be possible. If you are purchasing dated navigational charts we suggest you contact us for more information.
Faulty Goods
If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem. If we require you to return the product for a replacement, we will send you a pre-paid Royal Mail label for delivery back to us. Unfortuantely we cannot send the courier back to collect the items.
Returning goods to Force 4 is easy!
- Please contact us by ringing 0345 1300 710 or email on [email protected]. This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product. We are unable to process the return of faulty goods that we're not expecting.
- We'll then give you a returns number. This returns number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel so it can be identified on arrival. Please note, failure to mark a returns reference number on the outside of your parcel may result in a delay in processing your return.
- Don't forget your proof of postage, just in case!
- Once we receive the item we'll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.

Hi what’s the difference between the axiom and axiom +? can to tell me the cutout size required for the axiom 7 and the axiom 9. Also is the screen size 7”/9” measured length or measured diagonally Thx Antony Stinson

Yes it is possible to do connect the transducer to the Axiom 9 via the SeaTalking/ NEMA2000 system, and then running ethernet cable between both Axioms to share data, but you will nee d to set up the Axiom 9 as the "master unit" so I'm not 100% sure what that means about the use of features that the 12 has and the 9 does not, I have emailed Raymarine to ask.
Please find below some information from Raymarine on the subject:
Within a system of MFDs running LightHouse II or LightHouse 3 software, it is important that each MFD within the system be running the same version of software, preferably the latest available version of LightHouse II or LightHouse 3 software.
Of the system's MFDs, one of the MFDs will be interfaced to the system's powered and properly terminated SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone should there be a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone installed onboard the boat.
This MFD will then need to be designated as the system's Data Master MFD.The function of the system's Data Master MFD is to bridge data from the system's SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone to the system's Ethernet communications network from which the system's other MFDS will access this data. Cartography, radar, fishfinder, SiriusXM satellite weather/radio, IP camera, thermal camera, and Fusion 7xx Series Stereo resources are also designed to be shared between the MFD's via the system's Ethernet communications network.
Depending upon the model of MFD, each MFD will feature one, two, or three Ethernet communications interfaces. Should the system's MFDs not feature a sufficient number of Ethernet communications interfaces to permit MFDs and peripherals having an Ethernet communications interface to be networked to one another, then a HS5 RayNet Network Switch(es) would need to be installed to provide the additional Ethernet interfaced required to network the products .
