Description
Scanstrut Atmos Integrated Air Station

At the push of a button, ATMOS is ready to inflate your paddleboards, towables and more: simply set the target pressure and let ATMOS do all the hard work.

Utilizing Scanstrut’s outdoor technology DNA, this is waterproof on-board air that’s engineered to thrive in the harsh marine environment.

Featuring next-gen air pump technology to provide fast, effortless inflation (and deflation) for your on-water toys. Compact and shallow, ATMOS fits into almost any panel on board such as seating, consoles, or near the swim platform. Now you have ready-to-go air, right where it’s needed, for even more family fun on the water.

Save time and energy - get out on the water faster!
Say goodbye to gruelling manual pumps and low-quality 12V plug-ins at home or the dock. With ATMOS, you can inflate your watercraft while you travel, so you don't waste time at your favourite tubing or paddleboarding spot.

Innovative Two Stage Pump
Unleash the power, efficiency and reliability of our innovative two stage pump system. The first stage features a highly efficient fan motor, followed by a robust piston pump, both designed specifically for the rugged demands of the marine environment.

ATMOS, combines both of these pumps into one waterproof, easy-to-use onboard air station, automatically switching at 1.1PSI from the HVLP to the HPLV pump.

Stage 1: High-volume, low-pressure (HVLP)
Designed to move large volumes of air with minimal pressure. They are typically used for inflating larger inflatable objects like kayaks, large tubes and bathing platforms as they can quickly inflate the object to the desired pressure.

Stage 2: High-pressure, low-volume (HPLV)
Designed to generate a high level of pressure with a low volume of air. Perfect for inflating smaller toys like SUPs, inflatable kayaks, and tubes that require a higher level of pressure for optimum performance.

Real World Performance
ATMOS has got you covered. To inflate a 10.6 ft SUP to 20 PSI, it will take between 6 to 8 minutes, while deflating takes just 1 minute. For an average towable, inflating to 1.5 PSI takes 3 minutes, and deflating takes only 1 minute and a swim platform 4m x 2m takes 16mins to 5 PSI. Recommended maximum run time for the air station is 25 minutes (3 SUPs).

LCD display
Elevate your boating experience with our cutting-edge LCD display. The high-brightness screen is brought to life with vivid colour and brilliant whites. The wide viewing angle of the display means you can have a great view from any angle, even on the brightest days. The display also features a helpful Live Voltage readout, so you can easily keep track of your boat's battery health.

Soft Touch Buttons
Take control with ease with our Soft Touch TPE Buttons. Specially crafted for the challenging marine environment, these buttons are designed to withstand exposure to salt water, UV rays, and other harsh elements. The non-slip texture provides a tactile surface, even with wet hands or while wearing gloves, making it easy to operate ATMOS.

IPX6 Waterproof
Experience peace of mind while out on the water with ATMOS and its unbeatable waterproof protection. The built-in foam gasket creates an IPX6 seal to keep water out the installation cavity, no matter the weather. The waterproof door design allows for easy access to the inflate and deflate valves, and with just a simple push, it closes securely when not in use. Enjoy the water with confidence knowing that your ATMOS is 100% waterproof with the door closed.

Installation
Easily integrate ATMOS into your boat with its compact and shallow design. The versatile air station can be installed in a variety of locations, including seating, consoles, or by the swim platform, making it convenient and accessible wherever it's needed.

Easily installed into any panel using 10 self-tapping screws, with a foam gasket included to ensure a secure and waterproof fit. The minimum cavity depth required is 110mm/4.33", and it can be installed at an angle ranging from +10º to -30º from vertical. The power cable length is 500mm (20”) with a wire gauge of 2x 1.5mm2 16 AWG, please note that there are no end-user serviceable parts.

ATMOS is designed with several integrated protection features to guarantee safe and dependable use. The air station is designed to protect against reverse polarity, short-circuit, under voltage, overload, and over temperature conditions. This helps to prevent damage to the device and ensure that it functions correctly at all times.

ATMOS has an encapsulated and conformal coated PCB, protecting it against moisture, dust and salt – helping to keep 100% performance when working in the tough outdoor environment.

ATMOS SC-AOB-A2 device proudly complies with the rigorous standards set by ISO 8846 and SAE J1171 for Ignition Protection. This achievement underscores its commitment to safety and reliability, ensuring that it operates without posing as an ignition hazard onboard.

Testing and Certification
ATMOS has been subjected to our harshest environmental, vibration, impact, and on-water testing programs. This is combined with our world-renowned expertise in waterproofing technolo¬gies, UV stabilization techniques and premium grade materials to ensure ATMOS is the best and only choice to make when it comes to inflation onboard.

ATMOS is certified to CE, ROHS, and UN ECE R10, which indicates that it meets industry standards for safety, environmental, and outdoor performance.

Airflow
Air is designed to enter and exit the device through the front, with the rear of the unit being completely sealed, eliminating water or pollutants getting inside the air station.

Safety Features
Equipped with several useful features to enhance your experience. ATMOS offers a choice of PSI/BAR pressure, as well as an auto cut off feature preventing over-inflation for your toys. It has an auto standby mode that activates after 5 minutes of inactivity. To ensure the product's longevity, ATMOS has a thermal cut off feature to protect it from overuse on extremely hot days. For convenient winter storage, a handy sun cover is included to protect your ATMOS from dirt and salt.

Valves and Hose
ATMOS comes with a 2.5-meter (8ft) hose and a variety of valve adapters to ensure compatibility with different types of inflatables. These adapters include the Boston Valve, C7 Valve, H3/HR Valve, Pinch Valves, and 805 Valve. With these adapters, you'll have everything you need to inflate and deflate your inflatable water sports equipment with ease, no matter what type of valve it has.

Warranty
ATMOS is covered by a Scanstrut 2-year product warranty.
