The standard MTC system includes GPS/Geo-Fence and battery monitoring. Multiple wired sensors can be added easily to expand the system. Siren Marine offers sensors for High Water, Shore Power, Temperature, and Motion & Entry. Wired sensors can be purchased separately.

GPS Tracking & Geofence


Track the location and movements of your boat, and receive alerts if it leaves or enters a designated area.


Track Position: With the Siren Marine App, you always know the exact location of your boat, as well as its course and speed. With the bread crumbing feature, you can review a complete history of where your boat has been.


GeoFencing: Activate a Geo-Fence and receive position updates in the event your boat is moved or stolen. The customizable Geo-Fence also functions as an electronic anchor watch, alerting you if the anchor drags.


Battery Monitoring


Don't let a dead battery ruin a day on the water. Receive alerts if the battery voltage is low.


Not only is a low or dead battery a major inconvenience, but it can also result in a catastrophic outcome if your boat is taking on water and there is no power to run the bilge pump.


Siren Marine’s MTC monitors up to two batteries and sends alerts when the batteries fall below a preset level. The Siren Marine App displays the current battery voltage, so you never need to worry about dead batteries again.


In the event the boat’s battery is disconnected from the MTC, the internal battery will continue to power the unit for up to 48 hours.


Security 


Siren Marine’s security sensors detect entry or motion on your boat and will stop thieves in their tracks. The MTC can connect to a variety of boat security sensors, including motion sensors, magnetic switches, canvas snap sensors, pressurized mats, and more. In addition to sending an alert to your phone, the Siren Marine system can automatically trigger an audible alarm and send alerts to multiple recipients. (Additional sensors required)


Remote Switching


In addition to the confidence and security that come with remote vessel monitoring and tracking, the Siren Marine app gives you the ability to control onboard systems, such as cabin and cockpit lights, air conditioning, battery switches, and more.


The Siren Marine system can also be configured to sound an alarm or activate a strobe light in the event there is a critical event on the boat, such as high water in the bilge or unauthorized entry.


Not only does remote switching enhance security, but also reduces prep time and helps you get out on the water faster.(Additional sensors required)


Engine Metrics


Connect to the boat’s ignition or oil pressure gauge to track engine hours. Receive alerts if the ignition is switched on and get reminders when the engine has logged a certain number of hours or is due for a service.(Additional sensors required)


Bilge & High Water Alerts


Avoid disaster. Receive instant notifications if your boat is taking on water.


Water intrusion is one of the most common, and potentially catastrophic, problems experienced on boats, and keeps many boaters awake at night. With Siren Marine, you don’t have to wait until your bilge is full of water to find out there is a problem.


Siren Marine monitors both bilge pump activity and high water. This combination allows boat owners to know how often the bilge pump is running and if the water level has risen to a dangerous level.


Bilge Pump Run Time: Siren Marine measures the run time and daily cycles of the bilge pump and sends notifications if the pump runs more frequently or longer than normal.


High Water: In the event the bilge pump stops working or water is coming in faster than it can be pumped out, the High Water Alarm will prevent a major disaster. In addition to sending an alert to the Siren Marine App, it can be configured to automatically trigger an audible alarm or strobe light.

Shore Power


Plug a volt shore power sensor into an AC outlet or install the AC relay, and receive alerts if your boat gets disconnected from shore power or there's a power outage at the dock. Avoid dead batteries, spoiled food, or bilge pump failure in the event shore power is lost.

Temperature Alerts


The optional temperature sensor allows you to monitor the temperature of the cabin, engine room, bait locker or fridge. Alerts can be sent if the temperature exceeds or drops below a preset level, and temperature history reports can be viewed on the app.

Returns

Standard Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your goods in full, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.*

Please check the condition of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.

Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a saleable condition i.e. shoe boxes must be in the same condition as when received.

Goods must be unused and security seals intact.*

If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

Please be aware that some navigational and safety products may be dated, and as such a full refund may in some cases not be possible. If you are purchasing dated navigational charts we suggest you contact us for more information.

Faulty Goods

If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem. If we require you to return the product for a replacement, we will send you a pre-paid Royal Mail label for delivery back to us. Unfortuantely we cannot send the courier back to collect the items.

Returning goods to Force 4 is easy!

  1. Please contact us by ringing 0345 1300 710 or email on returns@force4.co.uk. This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product. We are unable to process the return of faulty goods that we're not expecting.
  2. We'll then give you a returns number. This returns number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel so it can be identified on arrival. Please note, failure to mark a returns reference number on the outside of your parcel may result in a delay in processing your return.
  3. Don't forget your proof of postage, just in case!
  4. Once we receive the item we'll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.

*this excludes faulty goods with manufacturers defects. If goods are found to be faulty during use, after the returns period, please just give us a ring on 0345 1300 710 and we'll be happy to help.
