COVID-19 Update for Customers - November 2020
Following the latest Government Guidelines we will be making some changes from Thursday 5th November.
Our online services will operate as usual
There will be no changes to our website and Mail Order services, and we are still able to offer all delivery options, including Next Day Delivery while maintaining a safe environment for our warehouse and mail order staff.

Our Stores will stay open, but only for Click & Collect
Most of our Stores will remain open during lockdown, but only for a Click and Collect Counter Service. They will be operating with reduced opening hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 9.30am-5pm
Our Poole Quay Store will be closed during the Lockdown period, please use our Poole Parkstone Store as an alternative Click and Collect Location during this time.

Our Cardiff Store
Welcome back to our Cardiff customers - now that the Welsh Firebreak is over, our Cardiff Chandlery is open and ready to welcome you in store, with all your boating essentials in stock incuding everything you need for winterising plus lots of great Xmas gifts. We are open from 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Saturday. Usual social distancing and mask-wearing guidelines apply.

The 2020 season has been challenging, and we hope that you were able to get out on the water to enjoy your beloved pastime over the summer. It would seem that the challenges are not over yet, and we find ourselves in another lockdown situation. We'd like to reassure you that we are following the latest government guidelines to enable us to continue to support the boating community in the best and safest way possible.
