Regualr Maintenance the Key to looking after your Outboard Engine
It is important to reguarly check the following on your outboard engine:
- Fuel line, for area's of wear and tear
- Fuel primer bulb, again for area's of wear and tear but also to make sure it is supple
- Check for areas of common leaking such as the fittings between the feul line
- Make sure fuel line clamps are in good condition and haven't started to rust
- Check the fuel tanks to make sure they haven't been damaged, deformed or started to rust
- Important to reguarly check to make sure you don't have water in the fuel. Kits can be purchased to check this
