Kannad SafeLink Cat 1 GPS EPIRB
The ultra compact and stylish 406 MHz SafeLink Cat 1 EPIRB from Kannad is supplied with an automatic deployment housing which also includes a hydrostatic release unit. The EPIRB has an internal GPS receiver which ensures that an accurate position is relayed to the rescue services. This in turn improves the speed of recovery by updating the position of the beacon at regular intervals.
The unit also features a lithium battery pack which has a 6 year life and is user replaceable.
