Luminous Sail Tape 40mm (Per Metre)
This Glow in The Dark, self adhesive, sail tape automatically illuminates when it gets dark making it possible to see all your draft stripes at the same time, enabling you to analyse your sail shape without the need for artificial light. This results in a significant improvement in your sail trim, boat speed, safety and overall performance at night. With as little as 10 minutes exposure to light the tape will glow for up to 20+ hours, after which it will automatically recharge the next time it is exposed light. A common concern voiced from racing sailors is that other yachts will know where they are and what they are doing, but this is simply not the case as they are only visible for a couple of hundred metres and with a performance increase of up to 20% your competitors won't be that close for long.
