This rectangular 250x200x45mm pan gives maximum size (greater than a 25cm round pan), whilst using minimum stove area. It's constructed from 3mm aluminium with a stainless steel induction base for even heat transfer. It has a compact, heatproof silicon grip handle which is raised to clear the fiddle rail.
